With over 25 years of property management and property maintenance experience, Robert supervises the daily operations of CPS. He is involved with every aspect of the property management department, including staff supervision, problem solving and planning.
Tessie Machado - Property Manager
Tessie is a licensed Real Estate agent and oversees an impressive portfolio of Central Coast rental properties. Tessie is knowledgeable in all areas of property management and is a vital part of our staff at California Property Services. She has over 15 years of property management experience with our company and is a licenced agent with the state of California.
Terry Suovanen - Office Manager
With over 12 years of experience with CPS. Terry is responsible for many areas of office management and keeps the office running smoothly. Terry is a licensed agent in the state of California.
Autumn Stevenson - Property Manager
Autumn has over 6 years of experience on our staff and oversees a portfolio of properties. She works directly with property owners, vendors and the broker to keep properties running smoothly. Autumn is a licenced agent in the state of California.
Samantha Sendlosky - Assistant
“Sam” is part of our welcoming committee. She also directly assists the property managers with their daily tasks to help keep work flowing smoothly. Sam has a great “How can I help you?” attitude. She is working on her state license and is almost finished!
Josh Savage - Assistant
Josh directly assists the broker and office staff as needed in all aspects of the company. He is the "go to" guy for most departments. Josh is a licensed agent with over 6 years of experience with California Property Services.
Wendi Schaefer- Bookkeeper/Computer Operator/Data Entry
Wendi processes all property information into our corporate data base and prepares property financial statements for review. Wendi has been on staff for over 10 years.
Amber Shelton - Receptionist
Amber is always greeting people, either by phone or as they enter our office. She loves to help people! Her energy level and smile helps to keep the office a fun place to work.
Shelly Wolf - Receptionist
Shelly is the first person you would normally see when you enter our office. She greats you with a friendly smile and a " how can i help you " attitude. She also helps out in processing applications and work order scheduling.
