Application Process

Potential rental occupants ages 18 years or older are considered adults and must fill out and sign the application. Each application will hold information for 2 adults. There is an application processing fee of $20 for 1 to 2 adults, and $10 per additional adult. The application fee covers the cost of credit checks, staff time, phone/fax charges and inquiries and is non-refundable.
 

• Application forms are available to anyone interested in a rental property we offer.
• All applications are reviewed on an equal basis. No "first come" policy in place.
• Applications require a minimum of 2 business days to process. Processing time depends on our ability to verify information on the application.
• If we are unable to verify information on the application, the application shall be considered incomplete and will be put on hold.

Rental eligibility is based upon income, employment history, rental history and credit history. All of these factors are considered when processing the application. Self employed persons and retired persons need to show ability to pay rent. Supplying 3 months of bank statements and /or 2 years of tax returns will usually meet this requirement.

Most of our vacant units have a specific move-in date. Please make sure this move-in date fits with your schedule prior to filling out an application for a property. Vacant rental units are usually move-in ready and an applicant should be ready to occupy.

Most of our rentals do not allow pets or smoking. Please ask for more information if you have a pet or are a smoker. 

Security Deposits and Initial Move-in Rent Must Be in the Form of a Cashiers Check or Money Order. No Other Forms of Payment Will Be Accepted.
